Introduction

Welcome to Neyms. By using Neyms, you agree to use the platform respectfully, honestly, and in line with these terms. Neyms is built for people who want to share real-life knowledge, perspectives, and experience with others.

What Neyms provides

Neyms provides a marketplace where users can create profiles describing what they can help others with, and where other users can request paid sessions. Neyms is not a freelancing marketplace, an employment platform, a professional licensing body, or a guarantee of any user's expertise.

User accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and all activity that happens through your account. Please keep your profile accurate and do not use another person's identity or account without permission.

Age requirement

You must be old enough to legally use online services and enter into paid arrangements in your location. If your local law requires permission from a parent, guardian, or other responsible person, you are responsible for getting that permission before using Neyms.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for their own behavior, decisions, communications, session arrangements, and compliance with local laws. You should use your own judgment before accepting a request, paying for a session, meeting someone, or sharing personal information.

Sessions and offline interactions

Neyms may help users connect, but users decide whether, where, and how to meet. This includes online calls, public places, private locations, travel, timing, and any safety precautions. Neyms does not supervise sessions or offline interactions.

Payments and fees, if applicable

If paid sessions, platform fees, or payment processing are available, the applicable price and fee information should be shown before a payment is made. Users are responsible for understanding any taxes, reporting obligations, or local legal requirements that apply to money they receive or pay through Neyms.

Prohibited use

Do not use Neyms for harassment, discrimination, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, sexual exploitation, unsafe behavior, spam, scraping, or attempts to bypass platform rules. Do not pressure other users to move payments, communication, or unsafe arrangements outside normal platform expectations.

Profile content

Your profile should be truthful, respectful, and based on what you can reasonably offer. Do not post content that is misleading, harmful, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates another person's rights. Neyms may remove or limit profile content that misuses the platform.

No guarantee of expertise or outcomes

Neyms does not verify or guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, legality, usefulness, expertise, credentials, or outcome of any profile, user, session, advice, or interaction. Sessions are personal exchanges between users, and results may vary.

Reports, suspension, and account removal

Users may report behavior or content that appears unsafe or inappropriate. Neyms may review reports and may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or remove accounts if users misuse the platform or create risk for others.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Neyms is not responsible for losses, injuries, disputes, damages, or claims that result from user behavior, session outcomes, payment disputes, offline meetings, or reliance on information shared by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

Neyms may update these terms as the product develops. When we make changes, we will update the last updated date. Continuing to use Neyms after changes means you accept the updated terms.
